摘 要:本文针对广州地区某办公建筑八种节能改造方案进行能耗分析,结果显示,在广州地区,更换遮阳型单层Low-E玻璃加设置外遮阳效果最好,可节能28.19%;其次是设置外遮阳和玻璃贴膜,可节能25.14%;单独设置外遮阳、更换遮阳型单片Low-E玻璃、玻璃贴膜、更换Low-E中空玻璃的节能率分别为21.91%、18.23%、17.92%、16.20%;强化屋顶和外墙的保温效果后能耗分别增大了0.46%、2.33%。在广州地区,建筑节能设计与改造的重点在外窗。Eight kinds of reforming programs were analyzed which aim at the reconstruction of energy-saving of an office building in Guangzhou. The results showed the combination of single pane Low-E glass and the external shading is the most effective mode, which gets 28.19 % of energy saving; and the combination of external shading and Low-E glass filming can save 25.14 % of energy. The rate of setting external shading alone, replacing single pane Low-E glass, filming on the glass and replacing Low-E insulated glass units is 21.91%, 18.23%, 17.92% and 16.20% respectively. The key of buildings' energy-saving design and reconstruction is the exterior windows in this region.
