摘　　要：研究了利用注频锁相振荡器阵列实现非线性有源天线阵多波束扫描技术,给出了注频锁相振荡器阵列的拓扑结构及相位动力学方程组,建立了基于注频锁相振荡器阵列的多波束天线加权模型并详细分析了加权矩阵的确定方法,最后对直线阵和矩形平面阵多波束扫描的方向图进行了计算机仿真并搭建了两波束扫描实验系统,进一步验证了该技术的可行性。This paper studies nonlinear active antenna array multi-beam scanning technology based on injection-locked oscillators array. It gives the topological structure and phase dynamics differential equations set of injection-locked oscillators array and analyses the method of determining weighted matrix in detail, at last this technology＇s feasibility is verified further by two beams scanning system and the computer simulation of multi-beam scanning directional diagrams of line array and rectangular planar array.
