心境与焦虑症状问卷简式中文版在大学生中应用的信度和效度分析

摘　　要：目的:建立心境与焦虑症状问卷简式(MASQ-SF)中文版,并分析其信、效度。方法:712名大学生完成了MASQ-SF量表,分析量表的内部一致性和重测信度、条目间平均相关系数、总分与各因子间的相关系数,并进行验证性因子分析结果:MASQ-SF中文版的Cronbach’sα系数为0.94;重测信度为0.82;各量表α系数在0.78～0.91之间;条目间平均相关系数在0.24～0.45之间;验证性因子分析的指标:NFI为0.90,CFI为0.90,GFI为0.92,RMSEA为0.07,各条目对其因子的负荷系数在0.35～0.82之间,复相关系数为0.15～0.64。均符合测量学要求。结论:MASQ-SF中文版具有良好的信、效度,在我国是一种较好的青少年焦虑抑郁测评工具。Objective： To develop a Chinese translation of the Mood and Anxiety Symptoms Questionnaire-Short Form （MASQ-SF） and evaluate the reliability and the validity. Methods： The original version of the Mood and Anxiety Symptoms Questionnaire（MASQ-SF） was translated into Chinese and administered to 712 Chinese students between ages 17 and 23. Mean and standard deviations of the MASQ-SF total scale and subscales, internal consistency, test-retest and factorial validity were analyzed. Results： The Cronbach＇ s α coefficient of the MASQ-SF was 0.94; the test-retest reliability coefficient was 0.82; the mean interitem correlation coefficients ranged from 0.24 to 0.45; the correlation coefficients among the four factors ranged from 0.129 to 0.154; the NFI（0.90）,CFI（0.90）,GFI（0.92）,REMEA（0.07）, all met the standards of psychometrics for adequacy of fit. Conclusion： As the Chinese translation of the MASQ-SF indicates high levels of reliability and validity, it is appropriate for assessing anxiety and depression in China.
