摘　　要：随着经济的发展,焦虑越来越成为困扰人类的主要心理问题,对焦虑的研究也越来越倍受关注。本文概述了心理学界各大理论流派主要的焦虑理论,包括精神分析、人本主义、社会学习理论、认知流派及状态特质焦虑理论等。最后对未来焦虑的研究前景进行了展望。Anxiety is becoming a more and more troubled problem with the development of economy. The anxiety-related researches are increasingly concerned. This paper summarized anxiety theories of all the main psychological schools, including psychoanalysis, humanistic, social learning theory, cognitive prospect, and state-trait anxiety theory. In the end, the research direction was discussed.
