摘  要:介绍了制备高纯度有机发光材料8-羟基喹啉钕(Ndq3)和生长Ndq3薄膜的方法。通过X-射线衍射谱、红外吸收光谱、紫外吸收光谱以及荧光光谱测试分析,对Ndq3粉末和薄膜的结构和特性进行了表征。标定了Ndq3中喹啉环的存在;计算得出Ndq3的禁带宽度为2.8eV;证实了Ndq3分子中的Nd—O键为共价键而非离子键;测得Ndq3的荧光发射光谱位于472nm(蓝光区域);证明了光激发位于喹啉环上而不是金属Nd3+上。与Al和Zn的金属螯合物相比,Ndq3中的Nd3+成键共价键较强,极化力较弱。对不同衬底温度下生长的Ndq3薄膜做了XRD分析,发现Ndq3薄膜呈多晶态,且随温度升高,衍射单峰逐渐增强,显示Ndq3薄膜的结晶性能随衬底温度的升高变好,结晶晶粒尺度也随着衬底温度的升高逐渐变大,薄膜表面形貌更加均匀。The organic light-emitting devices and related materials have attracted much interest recently due to the potential of application in organic solid electric devices. The study have show that Metal-chelate can be used as luminescence materials, for example, 8-hydroxyquinoline Al has been used in OLED widely. 8-hydroxyquinoline (HQ) and Nd^3+ were reacted in the alkali condition to synthesis tris-(8- hydroxyquinoline) neodymium (Ndq3). The electronic and crystallographic structure of Ndq3 have been studied. The structure of tris-(8-hydroxyquinoline) neodymium and the films of Ndq3 was inves- tigated by X-ray, infrared absorption (IRA), UV-Vis and photoluminescence. From the IRA spectrum of the Ndq3, broad characteristic peak at 3 438 cm ^-1 corresponding to OH%- stretching vibration confirmed that the Nd--O are coordinate non-ionic bond. The prominent peaks which are the characteristic of the absorption vibration of the aromatic ring skeleton at 1 602, 1 565, 1 496 and 1 461 cm^-1 suggests that the conjugate action of aromatic rings in molecule is very strong and all electron orbit of quinolinic rings are π bonding hybridizations. The disagreement between IRA spectrum of Ndq3 and HQ is excellent for indicating that there is a strong coordinate action which affects O bonding heavily between Al^3+ and O ions. UV absorption spectra of Ndq3 shows that Ndq3 have two peaks at 285 nm and 379 nm, optical bandwidth can be calculated to be 2.8 eV from absorption. Ndq3 thin filmS were prepared the by vacuum coating technology with different substrate temperatures (340 K, 360 K, 380 K), and were analyzed using XRD, the results show that Ndq3 thin film is multi crystal in structure, and the higher the substrate temperature, the larger scale of the crystal scale, and the more uniform the surface. Ndq3 emits bright fluorescence at 472 nm under ultraviolet excitation. It confirmed the existence of a fluorescent species forms between metal cation and 8-hydroxyquinolinol.
