LCD体散射导光板的制备及其光学性能

摘　　要：采用体散射导光板模拟设计软件设计了LCD体散射导光板的有关参数,根据设计要求制备了体散射材料及导光板样品,对导光板样品的视角和光学均匀度进行了测试分析。研究表明,所制备的体散射导光板样品的出射光主要分布在偏离出光面法线一定角度的方向上,具有良好的光学均匀度。样品的实际测试结果和软件模拟的结果相近。The relevant parameters were designed by the volume scattering light guide plate （LGP） simulation software. According to the values of the relevant parameters, the volume scattering LGP samples were prepared. The view angle and the distribution of the output light were measured and analyzed. The results show that the output light mainly distributes in deviation from the normal of LGP at certain angle direction and a good uniformity of intensity can be achieved. In addition, the measured results are close to the simulated results
