摘 要:本文提出一种考虑地震环境和场地条件模糊性的设计反应谱标定方法。该方法可分为二个步骤求解:1.运用模糊数学方法预测和评判地震环境和场地条件的模糊集;2.依据地震环境和场地条件的模糊集,运用模糊综合评判方法进一步求出设计反应谱的模糊向量。本方法考虑到与抗震设计新规范相协调,因此可以看作是按规范要求对设计反应谱标定方法的补充。本文提出的方法较易掌握,可以作为工程场地和中小城市地震影响小区划中确定设计反应谱的简化方法。A calibration method of design spectra in consideration of fuzzyness of the seismic environment and site conditions is presented herein. The method employs the following two steps to solve: 1. establishing the set of predicting and judging the seismic environment and site conditions by fuzzy mathematics; 2. furtherly finding out by the fuzzy comprehensive judgement the fuzzy vector of design spectra according to the fuzzy set of the seismic environment and site conditions. Since the method is compatible with the new Chinese Seismic Building Design Code, it can be regarded as a supplemental calibration method of design spectra to the code. The method is easy to master, and then, can be used for the definition of design spectra in the seismic microzonation small or moderate cities,and in the site evaluation of engineering projects.
