摘 要:目的探讨黄芪对顺铂耳蜗毒性所起防护作用。方法将豚鼠随机分成对照组,顺铂组,黄芪组。测试听性脑干反应(ABR)阈值和I波潜伏期及光镜观察。结果ABR阈值黄芪组较顺铂组明显降低及I波潜伏期缩短(P<0.01)。黄芪组耳蜗底回螺旋器内外毛细胞排列较整齐,结构基本正常。结论黄芪可减轻顺铂耳蜗毒性。Objective To discuss the Inhibition of Astragalus membranaceus on cochlea toxicity of Cisplatin. Methods The guinea pigs were randomly divided into Cisplatin group, Astragalus membranaceus group and control group. The threshold and the incubation period of I wave of auditory brainstem response (ABR)were tested. Light microscope were applied to observe the microarchitecture of Cochlea. Results The ABR threshold in Astragalus membranaceus group was obviously lower than that in Cisplatin group(P 〈 0. 01 ). The incubation period of I wave of ABR in Astragalus membranaceus group was obviously shorter than that in Cisplatin group (P 〈 0.01 ). The inside and outside hair cells lined up in order and the structures were normal on the whole. Conclusion Astragalus membranaceus injection can lighten cochlea toxicity of cisplatin.
