斜口 Teflon 通气管与钮扣状硅橡胶管治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较斜口Ｔｅｆｌｏｎ通气管与钮扣状硅橡胶管治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎的疗效。方法对６０例慢性分泌性中耳炎患者随机分两组，分别置入斜口Ｔｅｆｌｏｎ通气管与钮扣状硅橡胶管各３０例，术后随访观察１ａ。结果前者术后气导平均提高２０．３ｄＢ，后者１４．８ｄＢ，斜口Ｔｅｆｌｏｎ通气管术后１周内积液清除率高（８６．７％），术后１～３月管脱落率低（１６．７％），与钮扣状硅橡胶管相比差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论斜口Ｔｅｆｌｏｎ通气管疗效好。URPOSE To compare the effect of beveled teflon ventilating tube (BTVT) and collar button silastic grommet (CBSG) in the treatment of chronic secretory otitis media (CSOM).METHODS Sixty cases of CSOM were randomly distributed into two groups, i.e., BTVT group (n=30) undergoing insertion of BTVT and CBSG group (n=30) undergoing CBSG insertion. All patients were followed up for one year.RESULTS The postoperation hearing improved 20.3dB (air conduction in average) in those who had received BTVT, but 14.8dB in those with CBSG. The rate of effusion elimination in one week after tube insertion in the BTVT group (86.7%) is higher than that of the CBSG group (60%). The rate of tube extrusion in one year after surgery in the BTVT group (50%) is lower than that of the CBSG group (66.7%). The difference is statistically significant (P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS BTVT is superior to that of CBSG in the treatment of CSOM.
