前S1抗原与乙肝病毒标志物关系的研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨HBV血清标志物与乙肝病毒前S1抗原（Pre-S1Ag）检测结果的关系。方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验法（ELISA）检测610患者的常规乙肝病毒血清标志物和乙肝病毒前S1抗原。结果本组HBsAg（＋）、HBeAg（＋）、抗-HBcAg（＋）血清样本226份，Pre-S1Ag阳性检出率为85．84％；HBsAg（＋）、HBeAg（＋）血清样本45份，Pre—S1Ag阳性检出率为93．33％；HBsAg（＋）、抗-HBeAg（＋）、抗-HBcAg（＋）血清样本298份，Pre—S1Ag阳性检出率为44．97％；HBsAg（＋）、抗-HBcAg（＋）血清样本41份，Pre—S1Ag阳性检出率为70．73％。HBeAg（＋）组Pre—S。Ag检出率为87．08％，HBeAg（-）组Pre—S1Ag检出率为35．80％，两者比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。抗-HBcAg（＋）组Pre·S1Ag检出率为64．50％，抗-HBcAg（-）组Pre-S1Ag检出率为82．55％，两者比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论Pre-S1Ag是HBV复制的可靠指标，与乙肝标志物联合检测可相互补充。Objective To discuss relationship of hepatitis B virus serum markers and Pre-S1 antigen. Methods Analyze the markers of HBV in blood serum and pre-S1 of HBV in 610 patients with ELISA. Results Pre-St antigen positive detection rate was 85.84% in 226 blood serum samples of HBsAg（ ＋ ）, HBeAg（ ＋ ）and anti-HBcAg（ ＋ ）. Pre-S1 antigen positive detection rate was 93.33% in 45 blood serum sampIes of HBsAg（ ＋ ） and anti-HBeAg（ ＋ ）. Pre-S1 antigen positive detection rate was 44. 97% in 298 blood serum samples of HBsAg （ ＋ ）, anti-HBeAg（ ＋ ）and anti-HBcAg（ ＋ ）. Pre-S1 antigen positive detection rate was 70. 73% ih 41 blood serum samples of HBsAg（ ＋ ）and anti-HBcAg（ ＋ ）. The detection rate of Pre-S1Ag was 89.08% in HBeAg（ ＋ ） group and 35.80% in HBeAg（-） group, and there was significant difference between two groups（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The detection rate of Pre-S1Ag was 64. 50% in anti-HBcAg（ ＋ ） group and 82. 55% in anti-HBcAg（-） group, and there was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Pre-S1Ag is a credible index of HBV replication, and may be helpful for HBV markers in detecting.
