摘　　要：目的研究眼药水开启后的应用期限。方法应用爱尔卡因眼药水探讨，测定其开启后药物PH值、菌落数。结果爱尔卡因眼药水开启40d后有细菌生长，其PH值。结论爱尔卡因眼药水开启40d应用安全。Objective The time limit of the eyewash. Methods Study the PH of the opened Alcain, the quantity of bacteria grown for study. Result The bacteria start to grow in the opened Alcain after 40 days later,the PH of the opened Alcain are steady. Conclusion It is safe for us to use the oopened Alcain within 40 days.
