奥亭治疗感冒后咳嗽的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨奥亭治疗感冒后咳嗽的疗效。方法感冒后咳嗽患120例，随机分为两组：治疗组给予奥亭口服，3次／d，10ml／次。对照组给予棕色合剂（10ml3次／d）＋愈创甘油醚糖浆（200mg3／d）口服，疗程共5d。观察两组的疗效。结果治疗组总有效率达93．3％，对照组总有效率达76．7％，比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论奥亭可有效改善感冒后咳嗽患者的症状，是有效的治疗方法之一。Objective To discuss the curative effect of COFETOL cough syrup in treating cough after cold. Methods 120 cases with cold were randomly divided into 2 groups：treatment group and control group;10 ml of COFETOL cough syrup, once, 3 times a day. were given to treatment group while Guaifenesine Syrup（200 mg tid） and Brown＇ s Mixture（ 10 ml tid） were given to control group ; the course of treatment lasted for 5 days, and the curative effect was observed. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 93.3% and that in control group was 76.7%, the difference was obvious （P 〈 0.05 ）.
