摘　　要：目的探讨变应原制剂辅助治疗对哮喘患儿的疗效影响。方法选择过敏性哮喘患儿85例，分为对照组40例和脱敏组45例。两组均进行止喘、解痉等常规治疗。脱敏组在此基础上进行变应原制剂辅助脱敏治疗。3个月后，评定比较治疗效果，判定临床疗效。结果治疗6个月后，脱敏组哮喘发作次数减少、症状减轻，与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论变应原脱敏疗法对过敏性哮喘患儿有显著疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of allergen desensitization on children with allergic asthma. Methods 85 cases of allergic asthmatic children were randomly divided into the study group （45cases） and the control group （40cases）, based on the routine therapy given to them, the patients in the study group were given allergic desensitization therapy, and compare the results and judge the therapeutic effects in the two groups after three months. Results After six months therapy, the study group showed fewer and lighter symptoms, there has significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Allergen desensitization therapy has notable effects on children with allergic asthma.
