达立通颗粒联合氟哌噻吨、美利曲辛治疗功能性消化不良的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价达立通颗粒联合氟哌噻吨、美利曲辛片(黛立新)治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的疗效和安全性。方法选取FD患者80例。随机分为达立通颗粒组(治疗组)42例和西沙比利片组(对照组)38例,2组均联合黛立新治疗,疗程2周。结果按西医诊断标准治疗的疗效比较:其治疗组总显效率54.7%,总有效率97.6%;对照组分别为52.7%、97.4%,2组疗效比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);中医症候疗效比较,治疗组总显效率76.2%,总有效率97.6%;对照组分别为65.8%、94.7%,2组证候疗效比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);痞满证候疗效比较。治疗组总显效率66.6%,总有效率93.3%;对照组分别为53.6%、89.3%。2组痞满证疗效比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在试验过程中,未发现明显不良反应。结论达立通颗粒联合黛立新治疗FD,其疗效好,未发现明显的毒副作用。Objective To assess the effect and safety of Dalitong Granule and Flupentixol and Melitrance in the treatment of Functional Dyspepsia.Methods 80 patients were randomly divided to the treatment group（n=42） and the control group（n=38）.The period of treatment for both groups was 2 weeks.Results There was no significant diference between two groups（P〉0.05）.For effects on herbalist docter syndrome,in the treatment group,the markedly effective rates and effective rates were 76.2% and 97.6% respectively.There sults showed no statistical significant diference between two groups（P〉0.05）.No adverse efect was found in the observation.Conclusion For effects of Dalitong granule and Flupentixol and Melitrance in the treatment of Functional Dyspepsia were markedly effective,and no obvious toxic、adverse efects.
