摘　　要：进入2009年，在世界港行业尚在金融危机的影响下低迷徘徊之时，山东的港口快速复苏。前两个月，青岛、日照、烟台三港的吞吐量和完成集装箱装卸量均实现了2％以上的同比增长，烟台港的吞吐量则同比增长了8％以上。而近日的山东三大港战略结盟，更使得山东的港航力量陡增。To cope with the financial crisis, in February 2009, the three ＂100 million-ton harbors＂ in Shandong--Q.ingdao Harbor, Rizhao Harbor and Yantai Harbor--signed a framework agreement on strategic alliance, which turned them from competitive rivals into cooperators to jointly build the international maritime transport center in Northeast Asia. This is the first step for the three harbors to establish the strategic alliance.
