恶性肿瘤中医证因探析

摘　　要：根据历代文献资料的记载 ,结合笔者临床工作的实践及体会 ,认为恶性肿瘤的发生及其临床表现形式与“虚”、“痰”、“瘀”、“毒”有着密切的关系。文中分为四个方面 ,“虚”是肿瘤发生的基础和结局 ;“痰”可致瘤 ,瘤也常表现为痰证 ;“瘀”可致癌 ,癌可致瘀 ;“毒”是癌之因 ,又是癌之证 ,分别说明“虚”、“痰”、“瘀”、“毒”不但能导致肿瘤的发生 ,成为肿瘤的致病因素 (即病因 ) ,也是肿瘤临床发病过程中常见的证 (即证型 ) 。表明“虚”、“痰”、“瘀”、“毒”Combining the historical literature of Chinese traditional medicine(CTM) with authorial experience,this paper reports that pathogenesis and clinical manifestation of a malignant tumor are closely related ot the presence of four CTM etiologic factors,i.e,insufficience,phlegm,blood stasis and poison.Briefly speaking,these pathogens and cancer can affect as the cause or the result each other.For example,phlegm,blood stasis and toxic factor can induce the occurrence of cancer and may in turn become various syndromes of cancer;insufficience is a basis of cancer formation obvirously,but also a product resulting from cancer.Furthermore a diagram showm in the paper outlines effective ways and clinical types of symduome of above four pathogens in oncological practice.\;
