摘 要:首先对国内外饺子机生产技术现状进行了概述。介绍了自主设计开发的一种自动饺子生产设备的输馅系统。该系统主要包括绞龙、回转活塞、计量活塞、送馅活塞和压馅活塞等。各部分通过准确配合,完成饺子生产的关键工艺:饺子馅的定量与输送。其计量活塞机构为一个由凸轮机构驱动的可变曲柄长度的曲柄滑块机构,对该机构进行了运动分析,给出了饺子馅输入量的计算公式。对驱动曲柄的凸轮机构给出了设计过程及计算结果。采用Pro/E技术完成计量活塞机构的三维装配实体及运动仿真,该技术对确定设计方案、研讨机器的工作过程,加快产品的设计制造过程非常有益。A summarization was carried out firstly on the productive technique actuality of dumpling machines at home and abroad. The stuffing feeding system of a kind of self-independence developed automatic dumpling production equipment was introduced. This system involves mainly screw agitation feeder, rotary plunger, measuring plunger, stuffing feeding plunger, and stuffing pressing plunger etc.. Through accurate coordination of every part to accomplish the key technique of dumpling production: the quantification and feeding of dumpling stuffing. The measurement plunger mechanism was a crank-slider mechanism with variable length of crank driven by cam mechanism. The kinematic analysis was carfled out on this mechanism and the calculation formula for the amount of input of dumpling stuffing was presented. The designing process and result of calculation for the cam mechanism that drives the crank were given out. By adopting the Pro/E technology the 3D assembly entity and kinematic simulation of measuring plunger mechanism were accomplished. This technology is very profitable for discussing the working process and quickening the designing manufacturing process of product.
