水文频率计算成果的合理性分析

摘　　要：强调了水文频率计算中对统计参数和设计值进行综合平衡和合理性分析的重要性。文中主要取降水量资料为例,发现用数学方法计算的Cv和Cs/Cv有不同程度的不规则性趋势,须经适当调整后才能取用。对目前采用的适线法的思路和方法作了说明,并指出在同一张概率格纸上绘制不同历时水文系列频率曲线的必要性,以更清楚地看到曲线有否相交和其他不合理的情况。本文只对时间上的合理性分析做了叙述,尚需在空间上做出分析,才能使计算结果更为完善。It is emphasized on the importance of comprehensive balance and rationality analysis of statistical parameters and design values in hydrologic frequency computation. The precipitation data are mainly used as an example in the analysis. The irregular tendency of different degree in Cv and Cs/Cv values computed from mathematical method is discovered, which need to be appropriately adjusted before using. The thought and technique of curve fitting method currently used is explained. In order to see more clearly if the curves are intersected or not and other unreasonable situations, the necessity of plotting the different durations of frequency curve of hydrologic series on the same identical probability paper is pointed out. In this paper, only rationality analysis in the respect of time is described. The computation results should be more completed to make concerned analysis in space.
