摘　　要：介绍知识管理内涵和国内医学情报研究现状,以河北省医学情报研究所为例,将知识管理理论引入医学情报研究工作中,从而促进工作规划、基础研究、查新咨询、期刊编辑、卫生信息化、远程教育与培训等工作的创新。The paper introduces the connotation of knowledge management and the status of medical intelligence study, taking Hebei Medical Information Research Institute as an example, integrates knowledge management theory into medical intelligence research, in order to promote the innovation of program planning, basic research, novelty assessment and consulting, journals edition, health informatization, distance education and training programmes.
