小儿外伤性脑积水的诊断和治疗

摘　　要：报告８例由ＣＴ确诊的小儿外伤性脑积水，在７例外伤性慢性脑积水中４例行脑室腹腔分流术，术后效果满意，１例外伤性急性脑积水经非手术治愈。脑室腹腔分流术是治疗小儿外伤性慢性脑积水的较好方法。igth　cases　of　posttraumatic　hydrocephalus　diagnosed　by　CT　are　reported.4　of　7　cases　with　chronic　hydrocephalus　in　infants　and　children　were　performed　a　ventricloperitoneal　shunts　and　gave　a　salisfaclnry　rcsull.2.of　them　was　surrcnderred　a　furlhcr　lrealmenl　by　parents.one　case　die　of　the　intestinal　bleeding.one　child　with　actue　hydrocephalus　was　cured　by　nooperative　treatment.
