摘　　要：目的:探讨老年血液透析患者诱导期心血管并发症的护理。方法:回顾性分析45例进行诱导期血液透析的患者各种操作方法和心血管常见并发症的观察、护理。结果:所有并发症得到及时处理,症状及时控制,无1例发生严重并发症。结论:诱导期恰当的透析方法、及时准确的病情观察、正确的处理是保证血液透析诱导期顺利进行的重要保障。Objective： To discuss the observation,treatment and nursing of cardiovascular complication in hemodialysis during induction period of elder patients. Methods： The timely observation,right treatment and aborative nursing in 45 cases of elder patients of cardio-vascular complication in hemodialysis during induction period were analyzed retrospectively. Results： All complication in the patients were treated and nursed well, the symptom were improved well,none patients ccurred the serious complication. Conclusi： Timely and right observation and treatment were essential for the success of hemodialysis during induction period.
