阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征合并心律失常的监测及护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)与心律失常的关系,总结OSAHS患者的护理经验。方法:对30例OSAHS患者进行睡眠呼吸监测和12导联动态心电图监测,按睡眠呼吸暂停呼吸紊乱指数和动脉血氧饱和度将患者病情分为轻、中、重度,对监测数据进行统计。结果:13例OSAHS轻症患者中发现心律失常6例次,10例中度患者中有心律失常12例次,7例重度患者中心律失常18例次。结论:OSAHS严重程度与心律失常发生率呈正相关,这可能与反复发作低氧血症,影响心肌和心脏传导系统有关。对OSAHS患者要做好饮食护理、体位护理、吸氧护理和心理护理,还要密切观察病情变化。Objective：To investigate the relationship between obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS） and cardiac arrhythmia and to sum up nursing experience. Methods： Thirty OSAHS patients were monitored with sleep apnea chart and 12-lead dynamic electrocardiogram. According to the aspiration hesitation index and the artery oxygen satiation, the patients were divided into three degrees that is the mild, the middle and the severe groups. Then we analyze the statistical data. Results ：The mild patients of the OSAHS were found 6 arrhythmia, the middle ones 12 arrhythmia and the severe ones 18, respectively. Conclusion： The severity of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome carry a positive correlation with cardiac arrhythmia. During the nursing process we should pay a good attention to the diet, body position, oxygen aspiration and the psychology nursing of the OSAHS patients. And a nurse should observe the patient condition more carefully.
