摘　　要：目的:探讨经皮肝穿胆管引流术(PTCD)治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸的护理方法。方法:对52例接受PTCD治疗的患者实施术前、术中及术后的密切观察、及时处理并发症、给予周密的出院指导。结果:45例患者黄疸明显减退,7例患者黄疸减退较慢,无严重并发症发生。结论:PTCD是治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸一种有效的治疗方法,通过严密观察病情,加强护理,可减少并发症的发生、提高患者生存质量、延长生存期。Objective：To investigate the PTCD treatment of malignant obstructive jaundice care. Methods：52 patients received PTCD treated patients, the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative observation, the timely processing of complications, given careful guidance of the discharge. Results：45 patients with jaundice obviously diminish, 7 patients with jaundice slow decline , not serious complication occurrence. Conclusion：PTCD is the treatment of malignant obstructive jaundice an effective method of treatment, through close observation of illness and strengthen nursing can reduce the incidence of complications and improve quality of life and prolong survival.
