术前心理干预对全髋关节置换手术病人的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨术前心理干预对全髋置换手术病人的影响。方法:将47例病人分为实验组(接受术前访视)和对照组(未接受术前访视),并测量访视前后病人的焦虑值,血压、心率。结果:访视后两组病人的焦虑值、收缩压、心率比较,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论:术前访视能有效减轻全髋关节置换病人因疾病、手术所致术前焦虑,减少血压、心率的波动,以良好的心态接受麻醉和手术。Objective：Approach the mental intervention to affect the entire hip replacement patient, Before the operation. Method Divides into the experimental group before 47 example patients （to accept Preoperative interview） and the control group （hasnot accepted Preoperative interview）, after and before interview, surveys SKI anxious value, blood pressure, heart rate. Result （ 1 ） Before interview, the observation group and control group patient＇s SKI, the blood pressure, the heart rate ratio compare,P 〉 0.05, difference non -statistics significance. Explained that two group of patients have the comparability. （2） after interview the two group of patient＇s SKI value, the systolic pressure, the heart rate comparison,P 〉 0.01, the difference has statistics significance. Conclusion Preoperative interview can reduce the entire hip to replace the patient effectively disease, the surgery result technique anxious, reduces the blood pressure, the heart rate fluctuation, accepts the anaesthesia and the surgery by the good point of view.
