摘　　要：目的:早期发现与预防化疗患者PICC置管后的各种并发症的发生。方法:采用观察技巧对18例PICC置管后化疗患者进行导管的长度、通畅性、固定性、感染表现方面、静脉血栓表现及空气栓塞表现方面的观察。结果:早期发现2例穿刺口局部炎症反应,1例肢体活动受限。结论:观察技巧可早期发现与预防PICC置管后各种并发症的发生并为临床提供导管护理依据。Objective： Early detection and prevention of chemotherapy in patients with PICC tube of various complications. Methods： Observation skills on the 18 cases of PICC home patients after chemotherapy catheter length,open,fixed,infection performance,performance and gas venous thrombosis embolism performance observation. Results：Early puncture 1 found two cases of local inflammatory reaction, one case of limited physical activity. Conclusion ： Observation skills can be early detection and prevention of the occurrence of complications and to provide conduits for clinical care basis.
