三种包装材料灭菌保存期的对比观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨全棉布、无纺布和纸塑包装材料包装的物品行脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌后,其灭菌保存期的长短。方法:分别用全棉布组、无纺布组和纸塑包装材料组包装换药包,行脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌后,置于供应室的清洁区物品柜内保存,全棉布组在保存期的第7d、14d、21d、1个月、2个月、3个月、4个月、5个月、6个月、7个月、8个月、9个月;无纺布组在保存期的第1个月、2个月、3个月、4个月、5个月、6个月、7个月、8个月、9个月;纸塑包装材料组在保存期的第1个月、3个月、6个月、9个月、12个月;各组每次各抽出5个换药包,送检验科进行无菌检验。结果:全棉布组在第6个月有菌生长;无纺布组在第7个月有菌生长;纸塑包装材料组在第12个月为无菌生长。结论:三组包装材料以纸塑包装材料灭菌保存期最长,全棉布和无纺布较短。Objective： To find out their preservation length by using Pulsating vacuum pressure steam sterilization in three different pack- aging material - traditional cotton,non - woven fabric and pulp mold plastic. Methods： Packaging of traditional cotton,non - woven fabric and pulp mold plastic was put into the Pulsating vacuum sterilizer. Bacillus stearothermophilus Spores was put into different part of packaging and have aseptic test after steam sterilization every months Results： The preservation length of traditional cotton packaging, non - woven fabric packaging and pulp mold plastic packaging was 6 months, 7 months and longer than 12 months respectively. Conclusion： Pulp mold plastic packaging has a longer preservation length then traditional cotton.
