护理干预在连台手术病人术前的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨术前护理干预对连台手术病人的影响。方法:将50例连台手术病人随机分为实验组(接受术前护理干预)和对照组(接受所在病区的一般心理护理)各25例,并测定其术前焦虑、心率、血压、呼吸等各项指标及护理满意度。结果:实验组术前焦虑程度低于对照组(P<0.01),术后满意度高于对照组。结论:术前护理干预在缓解连台手术病人的焦虑和提高病人的满意度方面效果优于一般心理护理。Objective ：To research the effect of preoperation nursing interventio nusing in continuous operation patients. Methods ： Random divided 50 patients into the experimental group and the control group. And measured the preoperative data as heart rate, blood pressure, breath rate and anxiety index. Results：The anxiety index of experimental group was lower than the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）, and the degree of satisfaction was higher than the control group（ Effective rate was 100% ）. Conclusion：The effect of nursing intervention was better than normal psychological care in reduced anxiety and improved effective rate of the patients who wait for operation.
