摘　　要：目的：探讨降低经尿道等离子电切术后病人并发症的护理措施。方法：对我科2004年1月-2006年1月350例行尿道等离子电切治疗前列腺增生病人的护理措施进行回顾性总结分析。结果：病人术后恢复好，并发症发生率低。结论：术后严密的基础护理，对可能出现的并发症采取预防性措施及正确处理并发症，对病人的康复非常重要。Objective ： Probe into nursing measures to reduce complications underwent PKRP. Methods ： Nursing measures in 350 patients with TPRP were analeysed. Results ： After cperation given relative nursing measures to patienbs that who has well rehabilication, and the occur rate of complication was lower than before in 2004. Conclusion ： It is very inportant for patients rehabilication that closed observation nursing after operation , to possibility emergence of the complications adopt a prevention measure and exactitude processing complications.
