摘 要:目的:探讨游泳对新生儿健康发育的影响。方法:将足月分娩正常新生儿169例,分为观察组(游泳组)86例,对照组(单纯沐浴组)83例,记录比较两组新生儿体重、胎便初排及胎便转黄时间、经皮黄疸指数、睡眠时间。结果:观察组新生儿胎便初排时间及胎便转黄时间短于对照组,经皮黄疸指数低于对照组,睡眠时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:游泳是一项有利于新生儿健康发育的运动。Objective:To study and disscuss the effect of swimming to the development of newborn infant. Method: The 169 term labor normal newborns were randomly assigned to an experimental group ( n = 86) or a no - treatment control group ( n = 83). The experimental group received swimmimg and bath, the control group received only bath. We record and compare the body weight, the time when the meconium was first defecated and changed into yellow, per cutem icterus index and hours of sleep. Result: The time when the meconium was first defecated and changed into yellow in the experimental group is earlier than the control group;The per cutem icterus index in the experimental group is lower than the control group; Hours of sleep in the experimental group is longer than the control group( P 〈 0.05 ) o Conclusion: Swimming is benefits to the development of newborn infant.
