护理干预高频电刀输出功率对乳腺癌根治术后引流影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨术中通过护理干预电刀输出功率对乳腺癌根治术后创面引流的应用效果。方法:将80例行乳腺癌根治术的患者随机分为研究组和对照组。研究组50例术中针对切除部位组织的不同解剖生理结构,采用不同电刀输出功率的方法进行手术治疗;对照组30例采用传统高频电刀的使用方法。结果:研究组术后创面置管引流的天数及引流液量显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌根治术患者术中给予高频电刀输出功率干预,可减少术后的创面置管引流的天数及引流液量,促进创面早日愈合。Objective ：To investigate the clinical effect of nursing intervention on high - frequency electrotome＇ s output power influencing drainage after radical operation of breast cancer. Methods ：80 patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into two groups. The study group consisted of 50 cases were treated with high -frequency eleetrotome in operation by choosing different output power depending on anatomy and physiological structure of tissues; the other 30eases were treated with the traditional way of high - frequency eleetrotome as the control. Results：The draining time and drainage volume after operation were significantly less in study group than those in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Nursing intervention on high -frequency electrotome＇ s output power in radical operation of breast cancer can reduce the draining time and drainage volume after operation, and promote the wound healing.
