摘　　要：目的:调查ICU医院感染的现状和危险因素,以制定控制措施。方法:采取前瞻性监测与回顾性调查相结合的方法,对98例医院感染病例进行统计分析。结果:我院ICU医院感染以下呼吸道为主,占69.4%,危险因素为老年人、长期住院、大量使用抗菌药物、严重基础疾病和侵入性诊疗技术等。结论:ICU医院感染应采取综合性控制措施,切实降低感染率,提高抢救成功率。Objective ： The status and risk factors of nosocomial infections in intensive care unit were investigated to make the controlling measurement. Methods： Use prospective monitoring and retrospective investigation to analyze the 98 nosocomial infection patients. Results ： The lower respiratory tract infection was the main infection in ICU, about 69.4%. The risk factors were old ages, long hospitalization time, the use of many antibioties, severe underlying illness, invasive operation manipulation and so on. Conclusion： General controlling measurement could reduce the infection rate and raise the rate of rescue on nosoeomial infection in ICU.
