摘　　要：目的:探讨心理护理对儿童弱视治疗的影响。方法:将60例我院视光学科治疗的弱视儿童随机分为心理护理组和对照组,对照组采用常规弱视儿童治疗及护理,而心理护理组则在常规弱视儿童治疗的基础上,给予针对性心理护理,观察两组疗效。结果:心理护理组总有效率为90.00%,对照组总有效率为81.82%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义。结论:对弱视儿童的治疗在给予常规治疗和护理的同时,辅助以心理护理,能更有效提高弱视儿童的治疗效果。Objective ：To investigate the effect of Mental nursing on the therapy of children with amblyopia. Methods ：60 children with amblyopia were divided into mental nursing group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases） . They were assessed with acuity of vision before and 2 years after treatment respectively. Results ： Mental nursing groups＇ efficiency was hight than control group , and the differences between them were statistically significant（ P = 0. 041 ）. Conclusion ：Mental nursing is effective on he therapy of children with amblyopia.
