摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预对择期全髋关节置换患者术前焦虑的影响。方法:将62例择期全髋关节置换患者随机分成对照组和干预组,各31例。对照组接受常规的健康教育方法,干预组在接受常规健康教育方法的基础上术前给予护理干预。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)对两组患者在入院和术前进行问卷调查,并观察两组患者的血压、心率的变化。结果:两组患者入院时焦虑值及血压、心率比较无统计学意义;术前对照组焦虑值、血压、心率明显高于干预组。结论:护理干预可降低择期全髋关节置换患者术前的焦虑。Objectives ： Probe into the effect of nursing intervention on anxiety of patients before selective total hip replacement . Methods ： 62 patients undergoing THA were randomly devided into two groups. The eontral group accepted the routine health education and the intervention group given both the intervention and routine health education, the anxiety level of the two groups at admission and before operation were investigated by SAS. Observed the blood pressure and heart rate of two groups. Results ： The treatment groups were comparable at admission for anxiety level , blood pressure and heart rate, the different not significant. The anxiety level , blood pressure and heart rate in intervention group were higher than those of the other group. Conclusion： Nursing intervention could help to relieve anxiety before operation
