摘　　要：目的:加强手术室手术人员管理,预防和控制切口感染。方法:对手术室切口感染管理过程中与手术人员有关可能造成手术切口感染的问题和原因进行分析,采取能预防和控制切口感染的相应方法和措施。结果:增强了手术人员的感染管理意识,有效地预防和控制了手术切口感染。结论:制定有效地手术室感染管理制度及措施,对提高手术安全,控制切口感染有非常重要地作用。Objective：To intensify the management of surgical staffs in operating room and to prevent and control incision infection. Methods：During the course of the management of incision infection in operating room,the causation of incision infection was found through analyzing the possible taehe of incision infection with surgical staffs and a series of relevant measures were taken to prevent and control incision infection in operating room . Results：The management sense of incision infection of surgical staffs was intensified and incision infection was prevent and controlled effectively. Conclusion ：The establishment of the effective system and measures of incision infection in operating room have an imporvement of the surgical safety and control of incision infection .
