摘　　要：目的:探讨带蒂轴型皮瓣移植术护理成功的体会。方法:对11例带蒂轴型皮瓣移植术的患者进行术前护理,包括做好心理护理、提高护理人员素质、植皮区血液循环的观察;术后进行并发症的观察和护理,包括血管痉挛的预防及护理、静脉血栓的预防及护理、切口感染的预防及护理、坠积性肺炎和压疮的预防及护理以及术后注意功能锻炼。结果:所有患者的皮瓣全部存活,患肢功能恢复良好。结论:术前与术后的精心护理对皮瓣移植术极其重要,同时做好术后并发症的预防观察及处理也非常关键。Objective ： To study the successful nursing experience of pedicle axial pattern skin flap grafting. Methods ： 11 patients with pedicle axial pattern skin flap grafting were given nursing care before operation , including psychological nursing, improving the quality of nurses, observation of blood cyele on skin grafting area;do well observation and care of complication after operation , venous thrombosis, wound infection, hypostatic pneumonia, bedsore and functional exercise. Results： All skin flap of the patients were survived, Affected limb recovered well. Conclusion： Religious care before and after operation were both important for the pedicle axial pattern skin flap grafting, Meanwhile the discovery and handling of complication were critical too.
