50%硫酸镁湿热敷辅助治疗结核性腹膜炎患者的疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的:观察50%硫酸镁湿热敷辅助治疗结核性腹膜炎的效果及护理。方法:63例结核性腹膜炎患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组31例。两组均给予正规化疗6个月,治疗组同时采用50%硫酸镁湿热敷,每天2次,每次20～45min,1个月为1疗程。观察两组治疗效果及临床症状、体征消失时间。结果:治疗组在体温恢复正常时间、腹痛消失时间、腹水消退时间及腹部柔韧感改善情况(腹部变软)均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:50%硫酸镁湿热敷辅助治疗结核性腹膜炎疗效显著。Objective ：To observe the effect of 50% magnesium sulfate humid wet assistant therapy in patients with tuberculous peritonitis . Methods 63 patients with tuberculous peritonitis were divided into treatment group（32cases） and control group（ 31 cases） randomly. The control group cases were treated with regular chemotherapy 6 months, and the treatment group were treated with regular chemotherapy 6 months and 50% magnesium sulfate humid wet assistant therapy （twice every day,20 -45 min each time, 1 month as a period）. Results ：The recovering time of body tempreture ,the disappearing time of abdominal pain ,the improvment of dough kneading sensation and the regrssion time of abdominal dropsy in treatment group were remarkable better than in control group （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： There was certain effect to treat TBP with 50% magnesium sulfate applied humid wet.
