双源CT在冠状动脉先天畸形诊疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨双源CT对冠状动脉先天畸形的临床诊断及指导治疗方案制定的应用价值。方法:对1 369例双源CT心脏检查资料进行回顾性分析。结果:1 369例双源CT心脏检查结果中,共检出冠状动脉畸形23例(1.68%,排除心肌桥病例)。其中冠状动脉开口及走形异常14例,冠状动脉瘘4例,左回旋支缺如5例。结论:双源CT能检出复杂冠状动脉先天畸形,有助于介入性冠状动脉造影及手术治疗方案的制定。Objective： To investigate the value of dual-source CT （DSCT） on diagnosis and to establish therapeutics program of coronary artery anomaly. Methods： The imaging data of 1369 patients who were examined by DSCT were analyzed. Results： Among 1369 patients, 23 cases with coronary artery anomaly were identified. Its total detection rate was 1.68 %, including anomalous origin of coronary artery in 14 patients, coronary artery fistula in 4 patients and absence of the left circumflex artery in 5 patients. Conclusion： Dual-source CT can help to diagnose coronary artery anomalies and to make plan for coronary artery angiography and operation.
