摘  要:为了使超临界机组锅炉能安全运行,提出一种从汽水系统吸热过程中提取热量信号的方法。对国内超临界机组水冷壁的吸热特性进行分析后发现,水冷壁的吸热量与煤燃烧后的发热量之间存在近似线性的关系,由此可以推导出利用水冷壁的吸热量计算热量信号的方法。该方法在600 MW机组上进行试验的结果表明,该信号能够更快、更准确地反映出机组的热负荷;而由仿真实验证明,采用此信号可以大幅改善系统的控制品质,并较易于工程实现。For safe operation of supercritical power boilers, a way of heat signal acquisition through heat absorption from steam-water system is being proposed. By analysis on heat absorption characteristics of domestic supercritical boiler water walls, heat absorption by water wall is found to be proximately in linear relationship with heat release from coal firing, hence a heat signal calculation way can be derived based on water wall heat absorption. Test results on a 600 MW unit show that the heat signal can promptly and precisely reflect the unit's heat load. Simulation results proved this way to be effective in improving system's control quality, which is easy to be realized in actual engineering projects.
