摘 要:利用数学模型分析法及回归分析法,通过对研究区域建设用地集约利用水平的影响因素分析,发现:黔江区建设用地集约度在不断提高,2007年比1997年提高了80.53%,处于中等集约利用水平;建设用地集约利用水平贡献率最大的是单位GDP交通用地,贡献率达18.32%;其次是城市建设用地综合容积率,贡献率为17.66%.研究表明,增加单位土地面积的投入、优化土地资源配置是促进建设用地集约利用的有效手段.The purpose of the paper is to stuty the influence factors of intensity land use level of construction land at district and measure the contribution ratio of different factors to the intensity level chang. Methods employed include mathematical model and regression model analysis. The results indicate intensity degree of construction land is raising continuously at Qianjiang District. It is raised 58.67 percent from 1997 to 2005 and placed in middle intensive land use level. The contribution ratio of intensity land use level of construction land is the biggest at transportation land of the unit GDP, the contribution ratio to reach 18.32 percent. Secondly, it is the comprehensive capacity rate of city construction land, the contribution rate is 17.66 percent. It is concluded that the valid means that promoting the intensity land use of the construction land is to increse investment of the unit land area and optimize land resources deployment.
