摘 要:根据光学等倾干涉的原理,设计了一种新的测量金属线胀系数的装置与方法.自行设计了测量金属线胀系数的多光束干涉装置.利用多光束干涉产生的同心圆环的吞吐量精确测量了黄铜的线胀系数,相对误差为0.07%.并分析了多光束干涉法测金属线胀系数的优点.Based on the principle of optical equal inclination interference, a new measuring device and method of metal's linear expansion coefficient have been designed. A multiple-beam interference device for measuring metallic linear expansion coefficient has been designed. Moreover, with the concentric rings' throughout that produced by multi-beam interference, measuring the linear expansion coefficient of brass, the relative error of linear expansion coefficient might be 0.07 %. Finally the advantage of the method that multiple-beam interference for measuring metallic linear expansion coefficient has been amalyzed.
