摘　　要：目的探讨微创内固定系统(LISS)治疗股骨远端骨折的效果。方法应用LISS治疗股骨远端骨折28例。结果28例均获得随访,时间8～25个月。膝关节功能采用Merchant评分标准进行评估:优21例,良6例,可1例。结论LISS是一种安全微创,操作简便,并发症少的内固定术式,治疗股骨远端骨折,尤其是合并股骨干骨折的股骨远端骨折,较过去常规方法具有无法比拟的优越性。Objective To explore the results of the treatment on distal femoral factures with less invasive stabilization system（LISS）. Methods 28 patients with distal femur fractures were treated by less invasive stabilization system （LISS）. Results All patients were followed up for 8 - 25 months. According to the scoring systems of Merchant, 21 patients had excellent functional results, 6 good and 1 fair. Conclusions ＇ LISS is an effective, safe and minimally invasive method of internal fixation for treatment of distal femoral faetures, especially for ipsilateral femoral condyle and shaft fractures. The complication is less. It is superior to routine methods.
