一效散及膏外敷治疗晚期肿瘤并发褥疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究一效散及膏外敷治疗晚期肿瘤并发褥疮的疗效。方法采用回顾性研究方法,对29例晚期肿瘤并发褥疮患者的临床分期、辨证分型、分期护理、治疗效果及其与褥疮发生后生存期关系进行分析。结果患者经一效散及膏外敷治疗痊愈3例占10%,有效16例占55%,无效10例占34%,总有效率66%。褥疮发生后生存期超过30 d患者的总有效率明显高于褥疮发生后生存期在30 d以内(包括30 d)患者。结论运用一效散及膏外敷治疗晚期肿瘤并发褥疮患者有一定疗效,褥疮治疗效果可能作为生存预后的观测指标。Objective It is to explore the curative effect of Yixiao powder and ointment by external application on advanced tumor complicating with decubital ulcer. Methods Clinical staging, zheng differentiation-classification, staging nursing, treatment effect and its relationship with survival time after decubital ulcer were analyzed in 29 patients with advanced tumor complicating with decubital ulcer by retrospective analysis. Results There were 3 recovery cases （10 % ）, 16 effective cases （55 % ）, 10 ineffective cases （34 % ） in the patients after treatment with Yixiao powder and ointment by external application. The total effective rate was 66%.. The total effective rate of patients whose survival time after decubital ulcer was more than 30d was higher than that of ones＇ less than 30 d （including 30 d）. Conclusion Yixiao powder and ointment by external application has some treatment effect on advanced tumor complicating with decubital ulcer, and the curative effect on decubital ulcer can be used as predicting index for prognosis.
