摘　　要：目的观察针刺联合曲美布汀对抑郁大鼠胃电的影响,为临床治疗功能性消化不良(FD)提供实验依据。方法选取清洁级雄性SD大鼠60只,随机分为5组:正常组不予刺激和治疗;模型组未予治疗;针刺组电针针刺双侧足三里穴;药物组采用曲美布汀灌胃;联合治疗组采用针刺联合曲美布汀治疗。观察比较5组大鼠胃电的变化。结果联合治疗组同针刺组、药物组和模型组相比,在胃电收缩波频率方面存在显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论针刺联合曲美布汀对抑郁大鼠胃电收缩波频率的影响强于单用针刺或药物治疗。Objective It is to observe the effects of acupuncture applus Trimebutine Maleate on gastric electricity of depressed rats, so to provide experimental evidence for the treatment for functional dyspepsia （FD）. Methods 60 adult SD male rats were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups： normal control group given no treatment and stimulation, model group given no treatment, acupuncture group accepted electroacupuncture on Zusanli Point in both side, drug group given Trimebutine Maleate by intragastric administration, combined treatment group treated with acupuncture and Trimebutine Maleate. The changes of gastric electricity of all the rats in 5 groups were observed and compared. Results Compared with that in roodel group, acupuncture group and drug group, the gaastric electricity of combined treatment group was improved bettcr（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of acupuncture plus Trimebutine Maleate on systolic wave frequency of gastric electricity in depressed rats was more obvious than that of acupuncture or Trimebutine Maleate only.
