摘　　要：底部框架-抗震墙房屋由于上下部结构特性差异较大,故抗震性能较差,但鉴于我国目前的基本国情,这种结构的房屋还将存在相当的时间。对于此类结构的房屋,只要在设计中严格执行抗震规范,进行合理的结构布置并对其重点部位采取有效的抗震措施进行处理,把握好其设计要点,就能达到房屋抗震的"三个水准"的设防目标。A bottom frume-asoismic wall building has a poor aseismic behavior due to the greater difference in the characteristics of its upper and lower structures. However in view of the basic national conditions in China this sort of building with such structures will still exist for a considerable long time. The fortification target with three levels of aseismic behavior for this sort of building can be realized so long as aseismic codes are implemented strictly in the design of the building with rational structural layout and the effective aseismic measures being taken for its key positions.
