摘 要:目的探讨职业性噪声对暴露人群血清肿瘤相关物质(TSGF)水平的影响。方法用杭州爱华牌AWA.6270噪声频谱分析仪按噪声作业环境噪声强度测试规范进行测定;使用比色法检测了305名噪声作业人员(观察组)及537名无职业接触人员(对照组)的血清中TSGF含量。结果车间噪声强度23个测定点,其中9个点超标;观察组与对照组的TSGF均值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论噪声接触组血清中TSGF的水平与一般人无异。[ Objective ] To explore the effect of occupational noise exposure on serum TSGF level. [ Methods ] The intensity of noise level in working environment was measured by noise spectrum analyzer AWA. 6270 of Hangzhou AiHua, according to environmental noise intensity noise testing standard ; By means of colorimetry, the serum TSGF level of 305 workers ( Observation group } exposed to noise environment and 537 controlled workers ( Control group ) were measured. [ Results ] Of 23 measured points, 9 exceeded the standard ; the average level of TSGF between the observation group and the control group had no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ). [ Conclusion ] The serum TSGF level of the workers exposed to noise environment is same as the normal ones.
