摘 要:目的探讨葛根素对百草枯致肺纤维化的治疗作用。方法采用大鼠百草枯致肺纤维化模型,给予葛根素进行干预治疗,并于第3、7、14、28d测定血清中超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛和肺组织中羟脯氨酸含量,观察组织病理学改变,对比分析各组动物肺细胞损伤及肺纤维化程度。结果葛根素能明显降低百草枯肺纤维化大鼠肺组织中羟脯氨酸和血清中丙二醛的含量,提高大鼠体内超氧化物歧化酶的活力;病理组织学观察表明,葛根素能明显改善实验性肺纤维化的程度。结论葛根素对百草枯诱导大鼠肺纤维化具有一定的拮抗作用。[ Objective ] To investigate the curative effect of puerarin on pulmonary fibrosis induced by paraquat in rats. [ Methods ] Model of paraquat induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats was adopted and treated with puerarin. On the day 3,7,14,28 after treated, the level of maleic dialdehyde ( MDA), and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in blood serum, as well as the content of hydroxyproline(HYP) in pulmonary tissue were determined. The histological changes were observed, comparative analysis was conducted on lung cell damage and pulmonary fibrosis extent among rats groups. [ Results] Puerarin could significantly reduce the levels of HYP in pulmonary tissue and MDA in blood serum, and increase the activities of SOD in blood serum. Pathological examination suggested puerarin can significantly improve the extent of experimental pulmonary fibrosis. [ Conclusion] Puerarin has certain rapeutic effect on paraquat-induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats.
