摘  要:目的为了了解应城市水产品及其生长环境中农药残留现状,为政府部门制定有关政策提供依据。方法2007年4月—2008年7月在辖区内采集了农产品及其生长环境中样品10类622份,依据国标方法进行了4类21种农药残留含量检测。结果样品农药残留检出率为19.61%,超标率8.68%;检出率高低依次为猪肉>大米>一般蔬菜>茶叶>鱼>菜油>土壤>地表水>井水和莲藕;同一品种样品农药残留含量差别较大,不同品种样品农药残留差异有统计学意义(χ2=130.25,P<0.01);不同农产品种植规模相关样品农药残留差异亦有统计学意义(χ2=225.80,P<0.01),农药残留含量与其生产过程中的用药监管有关。结论应城市农产品农药残留情况比较严重提示绿色农产品的生产需要规模化以及科学严格的监管。[ Objective] To understand the pesticide residue status of agricultural products and growing environment in Yingcheng City, and provide evidence for government to develop relevant policies. [ Methods ] A total of 622 samples of 10 categories of agricultural products and their growing environments were collected in yingcheng during April 2007 to July 2008, 21 kinds of pesticide residue tests in 4 categories were conducted according to the national standards. [ Results] The detection rate of pesticide residue was 19.61%, and 8.68% exceeded the limit of state standards. The descending order of detection rates was pork 〉 rice 〉 general vegetable 〉 tea 〉 fish 〉 rape oil 〉 soil 〉 surface water 〉 well water and lotus root. The contents of pesticide residue differed significantly in the same kind of agricultural products; Between different kinds, the differences were significant[ χ^2 = 130.2 5, P 〈 0. 01 ) ; the content differences of related samples between different cultivation scales were significant [ χ^2 = 225.80, P 〈 0. 01 ) , pesticide residue content related with the drug supervision in production process. [ Conclusion] The serious status of pesticide residue in agricultural products in Yingcheng suggests that the production of green agricultural products needs large-scale production and strict supervision.
