摘　　要：目的调查吴江市制鞋行业职业卫生状况,旨在保护从业人员身心健康。方法依据相关规范和标准进行职业卫生调查和现场检测。结果62家制鞋企业全部采用职业危害较大的粘胶法工艺,大部分企业职业防护不到位,主要职业病危害因素苯、甲苯、二甲苯超标严重,职业健康检查率仅为29.1%。结论制鞋行业存在较为严重的职业卫生隐患,应采取多种方法综合治理,以保障作业工人的身心健康。[ Objective ] To investigate the occupational health status in the footwear industries in Wujiang City and protect the mental and physical health of the workers. [ Methods] Occupational health investigation and spot detection were carried out according to rel- evant standard and criteria. [ Results] All the 62 footwear enterprises were found to have adopted viscose process with great occupational hazards; most of the enterprises were lack of occupational protection; the major occupational hazards were benzene, toluene and xylene, the rate of occupational health examination was only 29. 1%. [ Conclusion ] Severe occupational hazards exist in the footwear enterprises; comprehensive management should be carried out to protect the workers＇health.
