摘　　要：该文根据相关标准和实际工作的情况阐述了疾病预防控制中心实验室管理体系中监督员的职责、应该具有的素质以及监督的内容和作用,并对开展监督工作可以采取的方式方法进行了概括。监督员在管理体系中起到了承上启下的作用,是保障管理体系正常运行的重要环节,是检测全过程有效运行的保证。According to the related standard and the practical work situation, the article elaborated supervisor＇s responsibility, professional quality and the content and function of supervision in CDC laboratory management system, and summarized the feasible ways and means in supervision work. The supervisor played the role in the management system that linked the preceding with the following, which was the important link for ensuring the normal operation of the management system and the guarantee for effective operation of entire detection process.
