仙璐贝滴剂辅助治疗小儿急性中耳炎中耳积液的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨仙璐贝滴剂对急性中耳炎(AOM)中耳积液的疗效。方法以63例(65耳)有明显鼓室压图异常的AOM患者为对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组30例(30耳)使用地塞米松加抗生素及对症治疗,治疗组33例(35耳)除使用地塞米松加抗生素及对症治疗外,加用仙璐贝滴剂口服。随访治疗后鼓室压图的变化。结果对照组鼓室压图恢复正常的时间为(28.5±6.2)d,治疗组为(19.5±6.1)d,经t检验两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗后3个月,治疗组的鼓室压图恢复率与对照组比较,经χ2检验差异无统计学意义。结论仙璐贝滴剂对AOM急性期中耳积液有明显的改善作用,可明显缩短中耳积液的时间,是一种有效的辅助治疗方法,但其对长期或慢性中耳积液的疗效有待进一步研究。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Sinupret on acute otitis media（AOM） with middle ear effusion.Methods Sixty-three children（65 ears） with AOM and abnormal tympanogram were enrolled and randomly deviced into treatment group and contral group.Thirty-three cases（35 ears） in treatment group were treated with Dexamethasone and antibiotisin including Sinupret,while the other 30 cases（30 ears） in contral group were only treated with Dexamethasone and antibiotisin.Following-up the changes of tympanogram after treatment.Results The period of nor-malization of tympanometric findings in control group was（28.5±6.2） days,which was much longer than that in the treatment group（19.5±6.1） days.Three months after treatment,the curative rate of testing group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion Sinupret can obviously improve middle ear effusion and shorten the duration of middle ear effusion of AOM,which is a effective and adjuvant therapy.But the curative effect on longterm or chronic middle ear effusion needs further investigation.
